Welcome to HSBC Philippines Complaint Center

Hello there! Welcome to HSBC Philippines Complaint Center. This is a blog "dedicated" to our favorite "world's local bank", HSBC Philippines and to all its employees, customer service people and collections agent.

After getting screwed multiple times by HSBC Philippines regarding my credit card, I got fed up and decided to create a blog detailing all the horror stories I have experienced. Since there's not much information on the World Wide Web or the Internets as I call it, about "HSBC Philippines credit card complaints" I got the idea to create an online collection or repository of all the stuffs that I have read, heard and experienced about conducting business with HSBC Philippines. I’m hoping that someone might take note and notice! Hopefully by bringing out our complaints online and uniting against the inefficiency of HSBC, we're going to see some action either from the government or the big bosses of HSBC Philippines. I’m looking at you Mark Watkinson! (President and CEO, HSBC Philippines)

It’s time to fight back against these big corporations. These companies clearly do not care about its customers. For them, it’s all about the money. Now is the right time to let our voices be heard and air our grievances. People should see how unreasonable HSBC and other banks in the Philippines have become.

Dumating ung card ko nung sep 13 2013 from hsbc na gamit ko sya 2 beses tapos nag cash advance ako since n tangap ko n ung pin ko nag try ako mag with draw sa bdo atm ang sbe hindi daw ma process ung transtion ko tapos tumawag ako sa sa hotline nila nag tanong cla sken ng info ko pag tapos ang sbi sken nung naka usap ko I hold daw muna nila ung account ko ky langan daw mag fax daw ako ng 2 valid id na kaka pag tampo lng n man bkit ky langan I hold ung credit card account ko sana hindi lng nila ako binigyan ng card kung ganon lng ang gagawin nila my credit card din ako sa bdo hindi ako n late ng pay ment khit kelan more than 3years n ung card ko from bdo .
